At HydraPak, we stand behind the quality of our hydration gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
